Chablis 2015年份的生長季過得相當順利，溫暖而乾燥的結果期讓葡萄達到理想成熟度；然而8月31日晚上到9月1日的早上冰雹襲擊的部分地區的葡萄園，導致減產，不過平均來說，這是一個酸度不高、酒質均衡的好年份。這款2015 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis 表現出新鮮開放的香氣，檸檬、白色花卉和典型的礦石氣息；中等的酒體，口感優雅，香味持久。
威廉費賀酒莊(Domaine William Fèvre) 位於夏布利(Chablis)的核心地區，是本產區最頂尖的生產者之一。 William Fèvre的父親是一位很傑出的酒農，William Fèvre則更是很有天賦釀酒師。他的產品以香味豐富著稱，其眾多的頂級園和一級園產品都是膾炙人口的珍品。William Fèvre 在1998年決定將本酒莊售予布根地的大酒商Bouchard Père et Fils，而Bouchard任命的釀酒師Didier Seguier團隊把本酒莊的品質推到頂尖生產者之列。

Tasting note: This is a big step up in refinement, particularly aromatically with an abundance of oyster shell and tidal pool nuances that add breadth to the white flower, citrus and Chablis-style green fruit. The rich, powerful and mouth coating flavors possess real drive but also beautiful detail on the intensely mineral-driven finish that possesses outstanding length. This is really quite dry, at least within the context of the 2009 vintage. In a word, terrific.
