Château Haut-Brion生產的白酒亦是波爾多白酒中的極品，種植白品種的葡萄園僅有2.9公頃，種了Semillon 51.5 %和Sauvignon Blanc 48.5 %；為了保有良好的酸度，採收工作通常是在日出前進行。它不只是全波爾多最卓越的不甜白酒（也是最難找和最昂貴的！），也被酒評家們公認是世紀級的頂尖白酒，擁有數十年的陳年能力。
本酒莊也生產二軍白酒，2009年份起改名為La Clarte du Haut Brion Blanc，不過它的葡萄是來自Haut-Brion和La Misson Haut-Brion，因此精確地來說它是這兩家酒莊共同的二軍白酒。雖說它是二軍白酒，不過亦是愛酒人士心目中的稀有珍品，因為年產量只有區區1200箱！

With aromas of confit citrus fruit, peaches, grapefruit and pastry cream, the 2019 La Clarté de Haut-Brion is full-bodied, deep and fleshy, with a satiny attack that segues into an ample core of fruit underpinned by lively acids and chalky structure. A combined second wine for both Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion, this has turned out nicely in bottle, delivering a wine that's richer and headier in style than its 2018 predecessor.
