神之雫第17集中被譽「既厚實又現代」的二級酒莊Chateau Lascombes，在進入二十世紀後曾有段低潮期，但在釀酒顧問Alain Raynaud博士和Michel Roland的神手救援和挹注大量資金改善設備後，不但讓Chateau Lascombes起死回生，更博得Robert Parker和世界各地收藏家的青睞!
Chateau Lascombes是波爾多左岸Margaux村的知名酒莊，在1855年的分級中名列第二級的頂級酒莊。本酒莊的莊園在十七世紀的主人是一位貴族Antoine de Lascombes，因而以他的名字命名。本酒莊雖然在1855年名列二級，但是到了20世紀卻表現平平，直到2000年挖角Ch. Montrose的釀酒師來負責釀酒，酒質開始向上提升；隨後2001年新東家Yves Vatelot和美國背景的Colony Capital公司接手，同時也聘請天王級的釀酒顧問Alain Raynaud博士和Michel Roland來指導，也大手筆投資更新葡萄園和釀酒設備，酒質表現有了驚人的大幅成長，但是價格維持在相對平實的水準，不僅專業酒評家給予相當好評，在全世界也受到一般消費者的歡迎。 現在本酒莊84公頃葡萄園種植了50% Merlot、45% Cabernet Sauvignon和5% Petit Verdot，平均樹齡超過35歲；高比例的Merlot讓酒質相當柔美討喜，所以年輕時就很好喝。
2006
2006 Lascombes現在開始進入好喝的時期，是一款現代感的Margaux產區好酒。它展現出黑醋栗、煙草、甘草、橡木和燒烤的氣味；口感頗為濃郁集中，但是不失Margaux區該有的細緻優雅，適中的單寧提供了良好架構，以及陳年潛力。建議適飲期是現在到2031年左右。

This wine needs to be consumed as it reached full maturity within 5-6 years of the vintage. The medium garnet color is already revealing significant rust. The wine displays sweet berry fruit intermingled with roasted herbs, chocolate, smoke, and licorice scents and flavors. This medium-bodied, soft, round wine is not very concentrated, but it is attractive, relatively elegant, and in need of consumption. Robust tannin in the finish makes me think the wine may already be beginning to dry out.
