Tasting note: A nicely elegant and cool nose reflects ripe aromas poached plum, warm earth and subtle spice wisps. There is good volume to the exceptionally rich medium-bodied flavors that possess a succulent, even seductive, texture before terminating in a lingering and mineral-inflected finale. This is lovely and understated and a wine that should repay mid-term keeping.
