Tasting note: A completely different aromatic expression with much higher-toned red and black pinot fruit aromas that are ripe but not as overtly ripe as those of the Pommard. The medium full and sappy flavors have a firm, mineral-infused quality and a punchy, mouth coating finish plus excellent persistence. Again, fine quality at this level.
