Note: a .78 ha parcel of vines between 50 and 70 years of age
Tasting note: A more deeply pitched nose that has now become slightly more elegant with black and blue fruit and violet aromas laced with hints of soy, anise and clove that continue onto the round, rich and more concentrated flavors that possess a seductive mouth feel on the slightly austere finish. I quite like this as it's refined, pure and linear.
