Bouchard Pere & Fils創立於1731年，是布根地最老字號的酒商；1995年來自香檳區的Henriot家族買下這家酒商公司，加上後續買下Merusault的Ropiteau-Mignon酒莊、Chablis的William Fevre酒莊，為這家200多年的老字號注入新生能量，成為充滿活力且最具影響力的大酒商。
Bouchard家的白酒有相當高的知名度，除了幾處頂級園之外，他們自有的幾處Merusault一級園也非常出色，其中位於Meursault 西南的Les Perrières可說是水準最高的，甚至被認為可以比美Montrachet頂級園！古時候原本是採石場的Les Perrières常有豐富層次的變化，討喜的果香之外還帶有細膩的深度，兼有力道和細緻的風味，同時也很耐久存。

Tasting note: Very generous oak fights with the otherwise pretty and overtly spicy aromas of cassis, menthol and sandalwood. There is fine volume and mid-palate concentration to the extract-rich medium weight flavors that coat the palate. I like the verve and volume and this is very Vosne in basic character but this will need to add depth in bottle to realize the upper end of my predicted range.
