The 2021 Domæne Gobelsburg Kamptal Riesling opens with a clear and intensely aromatic as well as spicy nose of ripe apricots. Lush and quite dense on the palate, this is a mouth-filling, even fleshy and textured Kamptal Riesling with ripe, well-integrated acidity and good phenolic grip on the finish. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted at the domaine in September 2022.
