Drink: Try from 2020+
Tasting note: An exceptionally pretty and elegant nose combines notes of leather, spice and floral-infused dark berry fruit aromas sits atop the rich medium-bodied flavors that are delicious, suave and mouth coating on the sappy and beautifully balanced finish. This elegant effort possesses the natural and seemingly intrinsic elegance of a classic CSD that to my taste is still on the way up though it's not so far away that it couldn't be enjoyed now with air. Note that two bottles were opened and they were materially different from one another in that the first was noticeably reduced and definitely not at the same level as the second even with extended aeration.
