位於村最北邊和村交界處,距離河岸很近,土壤也是排水良好的礫石。本酒莊是村的最大地主,葡萄園有公頃的面積種植紅色品種:、、;另外也有公頃種植白色品種:、。在年完工的新酒窖中,木製和不銹鋼發酵槽並用,會視品種和地塊來做選擇;發酵完成的酒會在法國橡木桶內於恆溫度的陳年酒窖中熟成培個月。追求的是和諧而優雅的風格,從年代就一直維持相當優良的品質至今。近年來本酒莊還請到了著名的釀酒顧問的釀酒師來指導,酒質更顯美味宜人。

Tasted at BI Wine & Spirits' 10-Years-On tasting, the 2007 Talbot has a pleasant, classic nose of singed leather and game, a little muffled compared to its peers. But there is a sense of charm that I like, and it speaks of its appellation origin. The palate is medium-bodied with a smooth texture. It lacks depth and grip but is nicely balanced with a cedar-tinged finish that pulls up short, as if to say, that's your lot. Drink now. Tasted February 2017.
