蟬鳴酒莊(Domaine Chante Cigale)是法國教皇新城堡(Châteauneuf-du-Pape)產區的老字號家族酒莊，現在是由Christian Favier和Alexandre Favier父子一起經營。他們家族和教皇新城堡葡萄酒有極深的淵源，早在十九世紀就在這裡從事釀酒事業代代相傳至今；而Christian Favier的太太則是另一家Chante Cigale目前擁有46公頃教皇新城堡的葡萄園，還有3公頃的Cotes du Rhône葡萄園。著名酒莊Sabon的女兒，Favier和Sabon家族都是釀製教皇新城堡葡萄酒的名家。在這個產區來說，這樣的規模已經可以排到前十名。 Robert Parker說： “I have been a big fan of this estate since I first tasted their 1978s.”!
The pricier 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes is a traditional blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. Aged in a combination of demi-muids and older barriques, it shows some smoky notes and briary raspberry fruit on the nose, then delivers ample creamy richness on the palate and a long, mocha-tinged finish.
