Tasting note: This could be from nowhere else but Vosne with its dazzling array of floral and exotic spice nuances where a hint of jasmine tea lurks in the background of the barely secondary inflected red and dark currants scents. There is evident muscle and power to the large-bodied, intense and sappy flavors that exude an almost pungent minerality on the robust and impressively long finish. This is still solidly structured though not especially austere and as such, I would suggest allowing it another 6 to 10 years of cellar time. Excellent.
