Chateaux Lafite Rothschild位於波爾多左岸最著名的酒村Pauillac，不過它的酒並不是Pauillac村典型的雄壯剛硬風格，反而是以婉約溫潤的獨特風格著稱。本酒莊成名於17世紀末，在1855年的波爾多Medoc頂級酒莊分級中，Lafite名列一級酒莊的龍頭地位；Rothschild家族在1868年以天價購得本酒莊之後，持續經營至今，1980年代中期的一番革新，讓Lafite的酒質甚至達到前所未有的巔峰。無怪乎前幾年在中國大陸最受歡迎的頂級珍釀就是Lafite Rothschild，價格也是五大酒莊之首！
Lafite每個年份不論好壞，平均只有三分之一的酒被選用於一軍，其餘的釀成二軍酒。二軍酒Carruades de Lafite大家暱稱為「小拉菲」，Carruades名稱是來自一個葡萄園的精華區塊。Lafite 是最早開始生產二軍酒的波爾多酒莊之一，早在1850年代就有釀製，然後1960年代中期重新開始生產它有相當優美的香氣。其單寧細緻、酒質圓潤。它是想體驗Lafite風味的實惠選擇！
Drink Date:2020-2032A blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot and 7% Cabernet Franc and aged for 18 months in barrels, 10% new, the 2015 Carruades de Lafite is medium to deep garnet-purple colored and just a little closed at this youthful stage, revealing delicate notes of red and black plums, black cherries and dried herbs plus touches of pencil lead, cedar chest and beef drippings. Medium-bodied, refreshing and with a well-played chewy texture, although just a baby in terms of evolution, it has an accessible structure, finishing long and savory.
