Domaine Faiveley 菲富萊酒廠

★ 布根地最具代表性酒商，自有地高達八成以上
創立於 1825 年的 Faiveley 是布根地 Nuits St Georges 的代表性酒商 Negocient，但更像是一家大型的獨立酒莊。Faiveley 本業是生產法國高鐵 TGV 車門的大型企業，這樣的酒廠在布根地幾乎是獨一無二，以大企業的嚴謹管理，幾乎是不計成本來經營。Faiveley 擁有 120 公頃的葡萄園，主要集中在夜丘，自有地的比例高達 80%，相較於伯恩丘幾家著名的大型酒商，其自有地僅約十分之一。目前由第七代 Erwan Faiveley 經營，2004 年禮聘原 Bouchard Pere & Fils 釀酒總管 Bernard Hervet 加入，改變原來需要時間柔化的嚴肅印象，創造出不同以往的Faiveley全新風格，年輕時展現出細膩誘人姿態，亦可陳年很久。
Faiveley 現擁有十餘塊頂級葡萄園，包含年產只有 130 瓶的 Musigny「慕西尼」、Chambertin Clos de Beze「貝日園」以及Monopole 獨佔葡萄園 Corton Clos des Cortons 頂級酒，白酒則以 Corton Charlemagne「高登查理曼」最為出名，與 Louis Latour 和 Bonneau du Martray 共同被評為布根地最傑出的高登查理曼白酒。
自2005年開始，Faiveley的表現陸續獲得各大酒評家的高分評比肯定，2009 年份的 Corton Clos des Cortons 更獲得 Tanzer 96-99分，為所有 2009 布根地紅酒最高評分。

Tasting note: Here the nose is quite similar to that of the Latricières save for the fact that the sauvage character is even more pronounced. As is typically the case there is also more size, weight, richness and power if a bit less refinement and minerality to the large-scaled flavors that also brim with dry extract that does a fine job of buffering the hugely long finish. If you prefer a bit more elegance, buy the Latricières, and if you prefer robust power, buy the Mazis, though there's no harm in liking both!
