根據當地居民所敘述，豚岩酒莊Disznókő的名稱來自於位在瞭望臺旁，形似野豬的一塊岩石。佔地150公頃，黏土混合火山岩的土壤組成的豚岩酒莊於1772年被歸入托凱產區南方的一級葡萄園。 酒莊曾為Rákóczi (十七世紀最富有的匈牙利貴族)的產業，自十八世紀以來持續由匈牙利貴族掌管。1992年法國AXA集團將豚岩酒莊納入版圖，並由建築師Dezső Ekler於1995年打造的嶄新酒廠建築。不同世代齊聚競技的托凱葡萄酒產業中，豚岩酒莊的貴腐甜酒兼有飽滿優雅又不過於濃甜的風味，是為其中的佼佼者。
Tasted at the Disznóko vertical in London, the 1995 Tokaji Aszu 6 Puttonyos is a blend of 60% Furmint, 10% Zéta and 30% Hárslevelu with 146 grams per liter of residual sugar. There were a lot of desiccated berries this year with high levels of botrytis, this the last vintage where they purchased some Aszu fruit. Deep in amber color, it has a composed bouquet that has aged quite well, touches of mint and herbal characters, but refined and pleasurable. The palate does not quite match up to the nose, that herbal character coming through more strongly here, without the same weight and Tokaji character of other vintages. It is certainly continuing to drink well, but I would open bottles sooner rather than later.
